NCAA Tournament 2012 Brackets: East Region Teams & Schedule

The NCAA Tournament 2012 brackets are officially unveiled with team seed positions and matchups on Selection Sunday. Once that’s happened on March 11th, we’ll have the full look at who will be playing where. This article will preview the fourth of the brackets for the NCAA tournament’s 2012 East region.

The 2012 NCAA Tournament East Regional will be the Boston, Massachusetts Region. The host will be Boston College with games played at the TD Banknorth Center in Boston, MA.

Teams seeded in this region will play second round games starting on Thursday, March 15th, and/or Friday, March 16th. TV coverage of the region will be seen on CBS, TBS, and TNT. There will also be NCAA tournament live streams available for PC’s, laptops, mobile phones and various tablet devices through iTunes app store and the Android Market.

As of this report, Joe Lunardi of ESPN has projected the #1 seed in this region will be the Syracuse Orange, along with 15 other teams looking to dance.  Once they’ve been revealed on Selection Sunday, we’ll have the second round NCAA tournament bracket matchups for the East Region listed below!

The Second Round games of the NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament for 2012 will begin on March 15th, 2012!
